  DULABO ground solidifies LD-203is polymer concrete interface treatment agent, its appearance is green emulsion. Composed by one-component polymer emulsion synthesis imported from the United States, it enjoys excellent permeability and can fully infiltrate base of metope, blockade loose cement particles of the metope to make base dense. Interface adhesion is enhanced to effectively solve roughness of smooth base of cement. Adhesive strength of putty or mortar with metope base is improved to prevent metope hollowing and cracking, putty powder, adhesion of emulsion paint, wallpaper and mortar, etc. Ground solidify has water-proof and moisture resistance, alkali resistance, resistance to hot and humid and good freeze resistance properties, which is easy to operate, purify and protect environment.

Application scope is broad, applied in all kinds of indoor and outdoor cement base surface and putty of ash layer.

Applied in home decoration or hardening treatment of project primary concrete surface

Applied in all old and new concrete surface treatment, metope that has been treated can conduct tiling, water resistance, mortar leveling and self-leveling processing.

Basal plane preparation

Cleaning the dust in basal plane treatment, remove lose material, grease and lose coating of basal plane, ensure the surface clean, no loosening, dust and grease.

If the base is loose, chip away and improve in cracking parts ahead of time.

If the base material has strong water-absorbing quality, first use clear water to wet.

Construction method

After opening the package, use 100-200% of dilute mix with water to evenly stir emulsion in the barrel

Use roller coating or brush evenly paints on the surface of base course surface, coated 1 to 2 times.

Construction temperature: construction environment 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, conduct next working procedure after completely dry.

Chiselling: Use concrete and ground solidify LD-203 stir into rubber cement, use tools to smear onto the base

In theory, 1 kg can be coated 10 square (one time), the actual amount is affected due to a variety of factors in the construction process, the exactly details according to the substance.

Storage and transportation:

Quality assurance period is 12 months.

Store at room temperature which is greater than 5 ℃, well ventilated, dark and dry place.

Placed neatly, forbidden to squeeze, tilt and convert.

It is normal for precipitation during storage, stir well before use.

Products are non-toxic and non-combustible; storage and transport can be handled according to non-dangerous goods.

TIPS:

This product can not be mixed with other solvents or lipid.

During process of using, such as, splashed onto the skin, mouth and eyes, please wash with water.

For any base, before construction in large scale, small-scale trial small trial test test must been done.
