American DURABLE flexible waterproof mortar is polymer modified cement-based water proof material prepared by unique formulation. It is bi-component slurry, whose powder material is composed of by quality cement, selected quartz sand and unique high polymer; the additive is the rubber latex composed by carboxyl styrene. Paint and brush the slurry obtained by equally mixing the powder material and additives according to mixing ratio on the necessary place, then it will infiltrate the dendrite-like crystals formed inside the base material, separate the water molecule channel inside the structure, for the purpose of waterproof. American DURABLE flexible waterproof mortar can be used in various water-proof project inside or outside the construction structure with concrete, brick wall, concrete block, precast block, etc. such as subway station, mine, tunnel, elevator hoistway, basement, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, pond, swimming pool, sewage pond, etc. Product advantages:
+ Against high hydrostatic pressure;
+ Allow to construct in wet areas;
+ Easy to operate, mix at site and put into use;
+ Good abrasion resistance and adhesion, allow to use appropriate tile adhesive to paste various kinds of decorative titles after drying;

+ After painting the water-proof layer, the concrete can still keep good ventilation property;
+ Nontoxic, harmless, applicable to pool and fish pond, etc.
+ Applicable for long-time immersion in water. Surface preparation:
+ Grounding should be firm, flat, clean, free from dust, grease, wax, parting agent or other fragmentary materials;
+ All small pores, sand holes can be stirred into wet bulk added with a few clean water, and make it smooth;
+ Before painting and brushing sizing agent, fully wet the grounding beforehand, but there should be no ponded water. Mixing:

Construction Technology:
+ Uniformly paint and brush or sputter the mixed slurry on the wet grounding with hard brush, roller or shotcrete machine;

+ 48 hours after water-proof layer construction should proceed water retaining test(allow to postpone when temperature is relatively low or the ventilation is not so good);
+ Time for water retaining should not be less than 24 hours, upon examination of no leakage, tile-paving or next construction can be proceeded. Notes:
+ Construction temperature should be between 5¡æ and 35¡æ;
+ The mixed sizing agent should be used up within one hour;
+ Wet up the base surface with clean water before construction, no ponded water is allowed on the base surface;
+ Prior to press polishing the base surface by cement, ink-picking the base surface again;
+ It is suggested to adopt professional tile adhesive powder for paving and pasting tile on the water-proof layer;
+ When using the product, do not mix with water or other materials;
+ Storage temperature for liquid component should not be below 0¡æ.
+ Before construction, please read carefully the construction instruction so as to obtain reliable and satisfying construction effect;
